We accept returns for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns if the package has been opened or the product has been used.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange a return and provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including personal care products, cosmetics, intimate apparel, and items that come into direct contact with the skin.

Refunds Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
