These are just what I needed. Non gmo, dairy free, soy free and gluten free. Very strong smell, but that’s how these are. Very good to add into a daily routine. I can’t really weigh in on health benefits as it’s been recently started. I am impressed, they’re easy to swallow and this is a great price for quantity

I personally take these little gel pills with food and when I feel like I'm coming down with something. they are strong so again I would take it with food, not on an empty stomach. Oregano oils have antioxidant, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties

"Works for my families need"
